“Advocacy and petitioning the government is a vital component of 21 st century society. Effectively communicating your grievance or message to policy makers at all levels of government is important to individual citizens, professional associations and businesses seeking to live and work in an increasingly complex and regulated world. I am honored to work with some of the finest government affairs experts in the country to discuss how to improve the profession,” Cutter said. “This work will provide an avenue to promote and protect the very vital role that advocacy plays in our political system.”

A Frankfort native and graduate of Centre College in Danville, Sean has 20 years of experience lobbying Kentucky officials on myriad issues ranging from agriculture to information technology. He is a former policy analyst and contributing writer and Coordinator of Midwestern Government Affairs for the Council of State Governments.
